• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Infringe upon the rights of others or violate their privacy;
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services;
• Use our Services to transmit harmful code, including viruses, malware, or ransomware;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

As a dental healthcare platform, DentaVista is committed to complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.

Dental professionals using our platform agree to:

• Obtain proper patient consent before sharing any Protected Health Information (PHI) through our platform;
• Use our Services in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations;
• Maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for protecting PHI;
• Promptly report any potential data breaches or security incidents involving PHI.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by DentaVista, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials;
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes;
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

Some of our Services require payment of fees. For these Services:

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Services;
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your subscription plan;
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically provided in these Terms or required by law;
• We may change the fees for our Services at any time, but will provide you with advance notice of these changes;

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DentaVista does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

DentaVista makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the Services or the content of any websites linked to the Services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DENTAVISTA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
